Shepherds Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup sweet pepper, chopped
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can vegetable soup
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon thyme leaves, crushed
• 2 cups mashed potatoes

Recipe

• 1 cook beef with oinons and sweet pepper.
• 2 add rest of ingredients, except potatoes and mix.
• 3 pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole dish; spoon mashed potatoes around edge of casserole.
• 4 bake at 400 degrees f. for 25 minutes or until hot.
• 5 makes about 3 cups.
