Shepherd's Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 (14 ounce) can green beans, drained
• 1 can hunt manwich sloppy joe sandwich sauce
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 1/2 cups seasoned mashed potatoes

Recipe

• 1 cook beef and onion until meat loses redness.
• 2 drain fat.
• 3 stir in green beans, hunt's sauce and 1/2 cup cheese.
• 4 pour in shallow 10" x 6" x 2" casserole.
• 5 spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture.
• 6 sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
• 7 bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
