Ingredients

- 3 large yellow turnips, peeled and grated
- 5 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 Melt butter in a large skillet and sauté the turnips until soft and deep yellow in colour.
- 2 Season with salt, pepper and brown sugar.
- 3 Serve hot.
