Slimming Pumpkin Snack

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt (greek if you can find it)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (pecans would work too)

Recipe

  • 1 mix pumpkin with the yogurt and syrup.
  • 2 top with cinnamon and nuts.
