Ingredients

- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt (greek if you can find it)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (pecans would work too)
Recipe
- 1 mix pumpkin with the yogurt and syrup.
- 2 top with cinnamon and nuts.
