Slim Noodles Romanov

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces uncooked noodles
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 cook& stir noodles.
  • 3 mix together all remaining ingredients except parm cheese.
  • 4 fold in cooked noodles; spoon into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole and sprinkle with parm cheese.
  • 5 bake 30 minutes.
