Ingredients

- 2 slicing tomatoes (ripe)
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pinch fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon capers (optional)
Recipe
- 1 slice the tomatoes.
- 2 lay slices down on serving platter.
- 3 cut lemon in half and squeeze all over the surface of the tomatoes.
- 4 sprinkle with lemon pepper, kosher salt, fresh cracked black.
- 5 garnish with capers if desired.
