Pralines

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar,soda,syrup and milk and cook over medium heat,stirring until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • 2 cook to 236 degrees on candy thermometer or soft ball stage.
