Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1 (16 ounce) can corn
• 1 (16 ounce) can peas
• 1 (8 ounce) can green beans
• 1 medium onion, finely diced
• 1 garlic clove
• 4 -5 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
• salt
• pepper
• grated cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 on high heat, brown ground beef, onion, and garlic.
• 2 reduce heat and add seasoning (salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you like).
• 3 crumble ground beef into a casserole or baking dish, add corn, peas, and green beans.
• 4 cover evenly with mashed potatoes and scatter the grated cheddar cheese on top.
• 5 place in preheated 350f oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
• 6 mashed potatoes should be golden brown and cheese should be bubbly.
