Shepherd's Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 lbs red potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon season salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cheese

Recipe

  • 1 slice, dice, and boil potatoes.
  • 2 add salt to potatoes.
  • 3 brown meat with onions.
  • 4 add season salt to the meat.
  • 5 once meat is fully cook, drain and add to the bottom of a casserole dish.
  • 6 once the potatoes are fully cooked, drain.
  • 7 pour the potatoes back in the pot and mash.
  • 8 add milk to the potatoes and mix.
  • 9 add the potatoes on top of the meat in the casserole dish.
  • 10 top with cheese and cook for 5-10 min or until cheese melts.
  • 11 enjoy!
