Seashells' Carrot Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 cups carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup velveeta cheese
  • crushed potato chips

Recipe

  • 1 boil carrots until half done in small amount of water.
  • 2 drain and place in casserole.
  • 3 add rest of ingredients.
  • 4 cover with crushed potato chips.
  • 5 bake at 350 f for 35-45 minutes or until carrots are tenter.
