Ingredients

- 6 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup velveeta cheese
- crushed potato chips
Recipe
- 1 boil carrots until half done in small amount of water.
- 2 drain and place in casserole.
- 3 add rest of ingredients.
- 4 cover with crushed potato chips.
- 5 bake at 350 f for 35-45 minutes or until carrots are tenter.
