Swedish Crepes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch granulated sugar

Recipe

  • 1 Mix together all ingredients. Pour into hot buttered crepe pan. Tilt pan to make a thin, even crepe. Peel back edges and flip.
  • 2 Serve with desired toppings.
