Sauteed Grape Tomatoes

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil

Recipe

  • 1 Wash tomatoes, drain.
  • 2 Saute halved grape tomatoes and the next 3 ingredients in hot oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 3 Remove from heat.
  • 4 Place in serving bowl or dish.
  • 5 Sprinkle basil over the top.
