Ingredients

- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil
Recipe
- 1 Wash tomatoes, drain.
- 2 Saute halved grape tomatoes and the next 3 ingredients in hot oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3 Remove from heat.
- 4 Place in serving bowl or dish.
- 5 Sprinkle basil over the top.
