Rainbow Ice-Cream

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 liters vanilla ice cream
• 250 g smarties candies

Recipe

• 1 Soften ice-cream slightly in a large bowl, and when softened stir in Smarties, but DO NOT overmix.
• 2 Spoon Smartie ice-cream back into ice-cream container and freeze.
• 3 When serving try serving the Smartie ice-cream in long tall glasses, and decorate with extra Smarties and a wafer.
