Red Chile Mustard (bobby Flay)

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dried ancho chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon water

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients together.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before using.
  • 3 keeps 1 week in the refrigerator if tightly covered.
