Raspberry Peach Jam

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 16 cups mashed peaches
  • 10 cups sugar
  • 40 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 15 ounces raspberry jell-o gelatin

Recipe

  • 1 put mashed peaches, sugar and raspberries in a large kettle.
  • 2 stir over high heat and boil for 15 minutes.
  • 3 take off heat and add jello. put back on heat and boil on high for one minute.
  • 4 put jam in prepared bottles and process in water bath for 10 minutes.
