Simple Pan Seared Scallops

Ingredients

- 10 -20 large sea scallops
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coarsley chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons white
Recipe
- 1 mix sugar and salt.
- 2 rinse scallops and place on a paper towel.
- 3 heat butter on med- hi.
- 4 season scallops with salt/sugar mixture.
- 5 place seasoned side down and cook 3 minutes.
- 6 season other side cook 3- 4 minutes.
- 7 remove to plate and cover.
- 8 pour in pan and reduce to a syrup.
- 9 remove from heat and add 2tbs butter and parsley.
