Simple One Pan Tuna Bake

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs frozen potato wedges
  • 11 ounces tuna packed in brine
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper, to season

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oven to 425°f.
  • 2 place the potato wedges in an oven proof dish and bake for 15 minutes until they are crispy.
  • 3 drain the tuna thoroughly and mix together with the red onion, mayonnaise and most of the chives. season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 spoon the tuna mix over the wedges, combining it slightly.
  • 5 top with the cheese and broil until the cheese has melted.
  • 6 sprinkle over the rest of the chives and serve with a crisp green salad.
