- 100 g corn chips (i use lightly salted dorritos)
- 6 tablespoons salsa (approx)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (or a cheese that melts nicely)
Recipe
- 1 place corn chips on a microwavable bowl.
- 2 spoon salsa them.
- 3 top with grated cheese.
- 4 heat in microwave until cheese has melted.
