Seashells' Dutch Pot Or Crock Pot Cheese Meatball Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup corn
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 cup potato, chopped 1/2-inch inch
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) jar cheez whiz (add after soup is cooked)
Recipe
- 1 mix and shape first 5 ingredients into small balls.
- 2 mix water, vegetables, seasonings in large dutch oven pot.
- 3 add meatballs.
- 4 stir gently.
- 5 bring to boil, cover and simmer on low until veggies are done, about 2 hours.
- 6 before serving, add cheez whiz and stir gently.
- 7 may also cook in crock pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
