Ingredients

- 3/4 lb ahi
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1/4 teaspoon hichimi japanese 7-powder seasoning

- daikon radish, shredded
- carrot, shredded
- cucumber, sliced
Recipe
- 1 cut fish into 8 x 1 1/2 x 3/4-inch rectangular pieces.
- 2 combine soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi, and hichimi.
- 3 add fish and marinate for 5 minutes.
- 4 heat a skillet over high heat; brush lightly with oil.
- 5 sear fish for 4 seconds on each side.
- 6 slice and place on bed of shredded vegetables.
