Seared Ahi

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb ahi
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon hichimi japanese 7-powder seasoning
  • oil
  • daikon radish, shredded
  • carrot, shredded
  • cucumber, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 cut fish into 8 x 1 1/2 x 3/4-inch rectangular pieces.
  • 2 combine soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi, and hichimi.
