Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup dates, chopped
- 2 tablespoons syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups rice krispies
- 1 (14 ounce) bag coconut
Recipe
- 1 cook the first 7 ingredients over medium head for 8 minutes.
- 2 stir constantly.
- 3 add vanilla and rice krispies and shape into balls.
- 4 roll in coconut, let cool.
