- 1 lb carrot
- 1 1/4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 peel and slice carrots into coins.
- 2 fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
- 3 bring water to boil.
- 4 place cut carrot coins into steamer basket.
- 5 cover with lid and steam for 8 to 12 minutes.
- 6 drain water and enjoy!
