Spicy Indian Carrots

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 carrots, grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch fennel seed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 chili
  • 1 tablespoon coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Recipe

  • 1 put in butter with oil in pan.
  • 2 get hot.
  • 3 add spices.
  • 4 add carrots saute for 15 minutes( i needed to add a little water here ).
  • 5 until soft.
  • 6 add coconut serve.
