Party Sausage Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1 (32 ounce) jar apple jelly
- 1 (8 ounce) jar hot spicy brown mustard
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan place the apple jelly and mustard. heat through until the apple jelly is liquid and stir to mix.
- 2 mix both sausages together and shape into bite-sized balls.
- 3 drop carefully into the jelly/mustard mixture.
- 4 bring to a boil and cook for 30-35 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 5 test a sausage ball by splitting in two to see if done.
- 6 when finished the sausage balls will have a glaze.
- 7 remove from the sauce to a plate and serve with toothpicks.
- 8 if you like you may make additional sauce for dipping.
