Slivered Lamb And Radicchio Salad

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 lb lamb loin
- 3/4 lb bow tie pasta
- 1 head radicchio, about 3/4 lb
- 1/4 cup red vinegar
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 for the lamb loin:.
- 2 heat oven to 450 degrees.
- 3 in small bowl, combine first four ingredients (olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper).
