Slivered Lamb And Radicchio Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 lb lamb loin
  • 3/4 lb bow tie pasta
  • 1 head radicchio, about 3/4 lb
  • 1/4 cup red vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 for the lamb loin:.
  • 2 heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 3 in small bowl, combine first four ingredients (olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper).
