- 1 (1 ounce) envelope jello sugar-free lemon gelatin
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
Recipe
- 1 combine gelatin and dash dalt; add 2 cups boiling water and vinegar; stir till gelatin dissolves.
- 2 chill till partially set; fold in carrot and onion.
- 3 pour into 4 individual molds.
- 4 chill until firm.
- 5 unmold on greens.
