Slim Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 unpeeled apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium sized serving bowl, mix apples with lemon juice.
  • 2 blend tog in a separate bowl, the mayo and pineapple.
  • 3 add dressing to apple mixture.
  • 4 combine with remaining ingredients.
  • 5 to make it low cal, use unsweetened pineapple and low-cal mayo.
