Ingredients

- 1 unpeeled apple, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Recipe
- 1 in a medium sized serving bowl, mix apples with lemon juice.
- 2 blend tog in a separate bowl, the mayo and pineapple.
- 3 add dressing to apple mixture.
- 4 combine with remaining ingredients.
- 5 to make it low cal, use unsweetened pineapple and low-cal mayo.
