Six Fruit Kabobs With Strawberry-yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt (or nondairy sour cream)
- 1 cup light mayonnaise (or tofu mayonnaise)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled & separated into sections
- 2 bananas, peeled & sliced
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled & sliced
- 6 fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup pineapple, in chunks
Recipe
- 1 for the dip: put all the dip ingredients into a food processor or blender & process until smooth.
- 2 transfer to a bowl, cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 3 for the kabobs: thread chunks of fruit sturdy toothpicks or bamboo skewers.
- 4 serve kabobs with the dip & enjoy!
