Ingredients
- 1 lb granny smith apple (peeled & chopped)
- 1/2 lb onion
- 1/2 lb raisins
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 quart vinegar
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper (or more)
Recipe
- 1 mix together in pot and bring to a boil.
- 2 reduce heat and simmer uncoverd for 3 hours or until thick. place in jars and keep in frig for a month.
- 3 serve with curries.
