Sirloin Tips With Garlic Butter Stroganoff

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
Recipe
- 1 combine the first five ingredients, stir well and divide in half.
- 2 melt 3 tablespoons of the butter mixture in a skillet on med-high heat.
- 3 add onion and cook 3 minutes until golden.
- 4 add mushrooms and cook about 4 minutes until tender.
- 5 remove from skillet.
- 6 sprinkle steak with salt & pepper.
- 7 melt the other 3 tablespoons of butter over medium high heat and add steak.
- 8 cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- 9 return onion/mushroom mix to skillet and stir in and half and half.
- 10 cook till thoroughly heated through and serve over rice or egg noodles.
