Ingredients
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 pint mayonnaise
- 1/4 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
Recipe
- 1 melt the cheese in a double boiler and mix with the potatoes and mayonnaise. put mixture into a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish and top with the crumbled bacon. bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes.
