Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts, thinly-sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lemon, juice of
- sea salt, to taste
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
- fresh parsley, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, the juice of the lemon, a generous amount of salt and pepper, and the tahini.
