- 3 lbs stewing beef
- 8 ounces water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 cup
- 2 -15 3/4 ounces mushroom soup
- 2 ounces onion soup mix
- 1 lb carrot, sliced
- cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in large dutch oven; mix well.
- 2 bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
- 3 serve over rice.
