Semi-homemade Chicken Pie By Jenny Lowe

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can of drained mixed vegetables
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar of classic turkey gravy
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, diced
  • 2 pillsburry refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts for 9-inch pie)
  • 2 boneless cooked and diced chicken breasts

Recipe

  • 1 place pie crust in 9" pie plate firmly.
  • 2 mix vegetables, gravy, chicken, and pepper to taste gently in a bowl. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 3 pour mixture into pie dish. place margarine on top of the mix.
  • 4 place second pie crust on top and fold sides and press together firmly. cut slits into the top, about four.
  • 5 place in preheated oven for 40 minutes and serve.
