Semi-homemade Chicken Pie By Jenny Lowe

Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can of drained mixed vegetables
- 1 (12 ounce) jar of classic turkey gravy
- 1 tablespoon margarine, diced
- 2 pillsburry refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts for 9-inch pie)
- 2 boneless cooked and diced chicken breasts
Recipe
- 1 place pie crust in 9" pie plate firmly.
- 2 mix vegetables, gravy, chicken, and pepper to taste gently in a bowl. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3 pour mixture into pie dish. place margarine on top of the mix.
- 4 place second pie crust on top and fold sides and press together firmly. cut slits into the top, about four.
- 5 place in preheated oven for 40 minutes and serve.
