Seashells' Dutch Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or 1 cup butter flavored cracker, crumb fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce, divided
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- hot cooked noodles
- parsley
Recipe
- 1 combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
- 2 press into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- 3 combine 1 cup tomato sauce, water, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar; blend well.
- 4 pour half of sauce over loaf.
- 5 bake at 350 f for one hour.
- 6 unmold loaf and place on noodles.
- 7 heat remaining sauce and spoon over meat loaf.
- 8 garnish with parsley.
