Seared Scallop Spaghetti

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) bag of frozen bay scallops
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 chopped fresh garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons 6% cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup dried spaghetti

Recipe

  • 1 bring a large pot of salted water to boil. add spaghetti. cook until desired tenderness. drain and set aside.
  • 2 in a medium sauce pan, melt butter until brown (2-3 minutes). add scallops and sear.
  • 3 add lemon juice, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper and cream to sauce pan. simmer for 3-4 minutes. remove from heat, toss with pasta, and enjoy!
