Skillet Chicken And Lamb Saute

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 lb boneless lamb, cubed
  • 1 chicken breast, boned and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons raisins, golden
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 shake the cubed lamb and chicken in a bag with the cornstarch.
  • 2 melt butter in a large skillet. add lamb and chicken. brown on all sides.
  • 3 add onion. cook over medium heat for 5 minute.
  • 4 add the green pepper, tomato, chicken broth, soy sauce, and raisins. cover. simmer for 25-35 min.or until the lamb is tender.
  • 5 spoon the hot, cooked rice a platter. top with the saute. serve immediately.
