Spinach and Egg Sauté

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 ounces spinach
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cooking oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sake

Recipe

  • 1 Blanche spinach in boiling salted water. Squeeze out the water and chop. Stir the salt and pepper into the beaten egg.
  • 2 With ½ T oil in the pan, make a small omelet with the egg. Remove.
  • 3 Add the remaining oil to the pan. Stir in the spinach. Add the soy sauce and sake.
