Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberry
  • 1/2 teaspoon Truvia

Recipe

  • 1 blend oatmeal and chia into a powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired smoothness. Enjoy!
