Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberry
- 1/2 teaspoon Truvia
Recipe
- 1 blend oatmeal and chia into a powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired smoothness. Enjoy!
