- 1 1/4 lbs strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup white tequila
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 8 (1/3 cup) popsicle molds
- 8 wooden sticks
Recipe
- 1 Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then force through a fine sieve into a large glass measuring cup. Pour into molds and add sticks.
- 2 Freeze at least 24 hours.
