Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ounce butter
- 5 ounces firm tofu
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons cream or 2 teaspoons soya cream
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 heat the olive oil and butter in a sauce pan over moderate heat.
- 2 add the tofu, turmeric, cream and salt and pepper to taste. stir over a gentle heat until the tofu is hot and looks like scrambled egg.
- 3 if you like a runnier scramble, add a little unsweetened soya milk until you get the right consistency.
