Rama's Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream

• 1/2 cup skim milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

Recipe

• 1 In a medium bowl, whisk the sugar and skim milk until all sugar is dissolved.
• 2 Stir in the half-and-half.
• 3 Add the vanilla.
• 4 Whisk in the vanilla pudding powder making sure there are no lumps.
• 5 Pour into ice cream maker.
• 6 Wait 30 minutes, then enjoy!
