Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup couscous
- 19 ounces lentils, drained and rinsed
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- 2 add the butter and salt.
- 3 stir in the couscous.
- 4 cover and let sit 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- 5 stir the remaining ingredients into the hot couscous.
