Steamed Carrots In The Buff

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb carrot
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice carrots into coins.
  • 2 fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
  • 3 bring water to boil.
  • 4 place cut carrot coins into steamer basket.
  • 5 cover with lid and steam for 8 to 12 minutes.
  • 6 drain water and enjoy!
