- 8 carrots, grated
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pinch fennel seed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 chili
- 1 tablespoon coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

- 1 put in butter with oil in pan.
- 2 get hot.
- 3 add spices.
- 4 add carrots saute for 15 minutes( i needed to add a little water here ).
- 5 until soft.
- 6 add coconut serve.
