Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 banana (in small pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit or 1/2 cup frozen fruit, thawed (strawberries work best)

Recipe

  • 1 use a blender to mix together.
