Ingredients
- 1 lb italian sausage, no casing
- 10 banana peppers
- toothpick
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage in a skillet; drain.
- 2 wash each pepper.
- 3 cut the tops off of each pepper and set aside.
- 4 remove seeds, rinse, and pat dry.
- 5 stuff each pepper with sausage.
- 6 place tops on peppers and secure with toothpicks.
- 7 saute in hot olive oil on each side until pepper is soft.
- 8 drain on paper towels.
