Ingredients

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely diced
- 1 cup fresh spinach, wilted and chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a small fry pan.
- 2 add 4 tablespoons water and the spinach, cover and wilt.
- 3 lay the spinach out on a paper towel and pat dry.
- 4 mix the sour cream, mayonaise, dill and green onions.
- 5 fold in the spinach.
- 6 serve.
