Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 put 1 3/4 cup milk in saucepan, cover and bring to a boiling point.
- 2 reduce heat.
- 3 combine eggs, sugar, salt, and remaining milk.
- 4 add to scalded milk, stirring constantly.

- 6 remove and cool, add vanilla.
