Sardine Tapas

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • self rising flour
  • 3/4 lb fresh sardine
  • salt (sea salt is recommended)
  • lemon wedge (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in skillet.
  • 2 toss sardines in flour.
  • 3 place in pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 4 remove from pan, drain, and sprinkle with salt.
  • 5 serve with lemon wedges.
