Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- self rising flour
- 3/4 lb fresh sardine
- salt (sea salt is recommended)
- lemon wedge (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in skillet.
- 2 toss sardines in flour.
- 3 place in pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4 remove from pan, drain, and sprinkle with salt.
- 5 serve with lemon wedges.
